To celebrate, I want to highlight the University of Richmond (&#8220;Go Spiders!&#8221;:<a href=\"http:\/\/richmondspiders.cstv.com\/)\">http:\/\/richmondspiders.cstv.com\/)<\/a> and their &#8220;Digital Scholarship Lab&#8221;:<a href=\"http:\/\/digitalscholarship.richmond.edu\/\">http:\/\/digitalscholarship.richmond.edu\/<\/a> who have a very cool online exhibition of electoral statistical maps on &#8220;their website&#8221;:<a href=\"http:\/\/americanpast.richmond.edu\/voting\/index.html.\">http:\/\/americanpast.richmond.edu\/voting\/index.html.<\/a> (warning: auto-playing video)<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"images\/alex\/VotingAmericaProject_URichmond_maps.jpg\" \/><br \/>\nPersonally, I love seeing data presented in new ways.  As a history major and a bit of a cartographic nerd, these time-lapse maps represent the ultimate in teaching tools.
