He&#8217;s documenting everything on his &#8220;blog&#8221;:<a href=\"http:\/\/comcastissue.blogspot.com\/\">http:\/\/comcastissue.blogspot.com\/<\/a> and you know what, he&#8217;s got a point.  If corporations don\u201a\u00c4\u00f4t actually define the terms of their service, it&#8217;s very hard to make an educated decision about what companies to patronize.
